HEALTH IS KEY

Hello revered readers! It's good to bring something your way this day. I would be writing on HEALTH!


What is health?
We make a tautology when we often say ''good health'', because, health on its own is a good state. Health is a state of wellness whether physically, mentally or socially. Human beings in the world today are so much concerned with various aspects of their lives, we all want to look good, we don't want to joke with with our academics or career, we want to make money. Yeah, all good! However, where is the place of our health? The rate at which diseases and sicknesses are increasing is incredibly shocking! 

Like the common saying goes, ''Health is wealth'', an healthy person is the wealthiest person. Money cannot purchase health dearie! Without further ado, I will put up some health tips here for us to keep a check on ourselves(I'm not a doctor though ,*winks*).

-Keep an healthy environment: Cleaningness is next to Godliness, says the Holy Bible. It goes a long way when our environment is perfect! Avoid dirts around you. Cleaning the environment is not gender-based! Wash the dishes! 

-Eat healthy meals: Most of us are guilty of this but it goes a long way. You wonder why some people rarely fall ill? You wonder why their skins are radiant? Healthy meals is the secret! Intake of fruits cannot be undermined. Did you know that much seasoning of food can cause brain damage?

-Did you know the importance of red pepper? Did you know pepper contains vitamin C and vitamin A? It enhances one's sight.

-Of course, I cannot overemphasize the need for drinking much water above every kind of drink. Water radiates the skin, it reduces headache, it relieves you of stress. A glass of water in the morning goes a long way.

- Take enough rest: Rest is an wholesome thing for the body system. It relaxes the brain and the bones and makes us more efficient in our daily tasks. You know you don't have to really sleep before you take a nap.

Dearie, I know we get busy with stuff right? However, try and try to stay healthy. The healthy ones are the happy ones! Love you! Happy New Month!
