Dolapo ‘LowlaDee’ Adeleke was born in September in the early 90s'. She is the Founder and Creative Director of
Doreen Media Africa (2014), a Pan African Production Company established
with its subsidiaries (LowlaDee Signature Films & LowlaDeeTV) to
entertain and inspire the modern African through the art of
storytelling.
At a very early age, she had always dreamed about having a TV show and help a large number of less privileged people, however something shocking happened to her that was enough to shatter her dreams but she pulled through.
At age 16, Dolapo had a fatal accident that gave a fractured skull and damaged her forehead. It was really a tough season for her.She looked for encouragement in every means. In an interview with Pulse Nigeria, she stated that she had to contact people like Kechi Okwuchi, a survivor of Sosoliso plane crash, and was encouraged by her words .
With God on her side and with the great support system she had around her, she survived and she is still surviving.
Dolapo found purpose in her pain. She registered her production company in 2011 just after graduationand sheis doing amazingly great in her film company.
As a Filmmaker, she is a Screenwriter,
Producer, Director and Editor. She considers herself an Actor’s Director
and does freelance producing, directing and editing for corporate
brands in the country.

Director category of the Nigerian Entertainment Awards (NEA 2015) for
her multiple award winning short film, BRAVE.

prestigious EbonyLife Sisterhood Awards Africa ‘Film Director Of The
Year’ for her achievement with LowlaDeeTV Maiden Web Series ‘This Is
It’.

She hopes to empower African Television and Cinema, one project at a time.
In 2018, she was listed among the 100 Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria.
I leave you with some words from Dolapo Adeleke "My story may not even be compared to what some of you have been through
or going through, but we become stronger when we fight. We are larger
than life and we cannot let life mess us up all the time. We cannot
afford to live life on our knees. We must FIGHT and WIN on our feet."
